There are several methods of purchasing your petanque goods from DC Petanque.
1. You can purchase items through the website by clicking on "Online Store" on the navigation bar. Choose the equipment you wish to buy, add it to the cart and pay securely with a credit/debit card via the site. Quick and simple! To pay you will be redirected to Paypal, but you do not need an account to pay. You simply just select the don't have a Paypal account option, put in your details and away you go. 2. If you have an ebay account you can still buy some of our accessories via our ebay shop. 3. We are happy to accept direct orders via our email address. We currently can only accept cheque bank transfers and paypal payments via this method. If you intend to buy a lot of products (maybe for your club) then we may be able to offer you a discount if you deal with us directly. Contact us with your requirements and we can give you a quote. 4. We welcome visits to our base here in Lincolnshire. To find out where we are and to arrange a visit go to the "contact" page for more information. 5. We often take equipment to competitions where we normally offer discounted prices. Terms and Conditions
Shipping - All items will be dispatched within two working days, but we aim to dispatch items within 1 working day whenever possible. We dispatch items until 4pm Monday to Saturday.
Generally we will ship items via the fastest postage method. Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. However for larger/heavier items such as boules and the larger (2 boule sets) MS bags will use a 2-3 day courier service.
For UK customers there are no Postage and Packing charges on any of our items.
For customers outside of the UK your charge for shipping will be displayed when you go through to the checkout. We currently only accept items from European based customers. We will be expanding to offer a worldwide service very soon.
Returns - If for whatever reason you are not happy with your item then we will be happily accept a return, and then you will be refunded in full.
For an item to qualify for a refund, it must either be faulty, unused or have parts missing for a return to be accepted. We will pay for the return postage for an item that is faulty/has parts missing, otherwise the buyer pays for the return postage.
In the case of boules you must not have played with the boules. Please ensure that the weight and diameter of the boules are right for you before you play with them
Many of the boules we sell have a manufacturer's guarantee. If there is a defect (due to the manufacturing process) within that guarantee time we will of course replace them for you (if available) or refund you.
Please be aware that general boule wear or the fading of colour is not considered a manufacturing defect.
