Terms and Conditions
Shipping - All items will be dispatched within two working days, but we aim to dispatch items within 1 working day whenever possible.
Items to the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. However for larger/heavier items such as boules will be sent via courier service which generally takes 24-48 hours.
Non UK items postage will apply this includes Jersey and Guernsey.
Please note custom fees and taxes may also apply on your end upon receiving the goods this is out of our control.
Delivery usually takes 5+ days.
For UK customers there are no Postage and Packing charges on any of our items.
For customers outside of the UK your charge for shipping will be displayed when you go through to the checkout.
Please ensure you change the country upon checkout so you are charged correctly.
Returns - If for whatever reason you are not happy with your item then we will be happily accept a return. Postage will have to be paid in full by yourself. For an item to qualify for a refund, it must either be faulty, unused or have missing parts. We will then refund you for the product minus the original postage cost however if it is a manufacturers fault then this will not be refunded.
Many of the boules we sell have a manufacturer's guarantee. If there is a defect (due to the manufacturing process) within that guarantee time then please get in touch with us or the manufacturer personally.
Please be aware that general boule wear or the fading of colour is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Contact Details - We do not store any of your details. We will not pass on your contact details to anybody outside of the business. We want all our customers to feel safe ordering from our site.
