Introducing the thunder boule!
This is the one for those players who just love to shoot. These boules aren't just soft, they are very soft with a hardness of just 110kg/mm2, one of the softest we sell here at DC Petanque.
This very low hardness gives the boule strong anti-rebound characteristics. This means that you have a greater chance of doing a carreau when you hit an opponent's boule giving you a great advantage in a match.
They are made from carbon steel and have a blue/grey finish which will wear off with use.
The softness of these boules means that they will mark and wear quicker than boules that have a bit of hardness in them, but if your shooting percentage is high then the level of performance you get will be worth it!
These boules conform to the official rules. They show the weight and an identification number.
They are guaranteed for 3 years against defects (due to the manufacturing process). General boule wear or fading of colour are not considered manufacturing defects.
Please note that all boules come in a set of 3 and have their own unique reference number which can be used as a way to identify them.
