They are the most precision balanced Petanque boules in the world. The balancing accuracy is 0.1% of the boules weight. To give you a comparison the Obut ATX's balancing accuracy is 0.5%.

 

This balance means that your boule will stay straight when you throw. With the supreme balancing of the boules you will really notice it, particularly on fast rolling type terrains with a thin gravel layer.

 

The precision of the diameter of these boules is also ultra supreme (boulenciel describe them as the most spherical in the world). The accuracy of the diameter is + 0.02mm (2 hundredths).

 

With boulenciel petanque boules you have the choice of whether you have a soft or semi-soft boule for exactly the same price.

 

Soft = 110kg/mm2 or Semi-Soft = 118kg/mm2.

 

110 is the softest legal hardness for a petanque boule so you can expect a very good anti-rebound performance from this boule. The semi-soft also delivers a strong shooting performance but with more durability.

 

Not only do you get exceptional performance from these boules but they look and feel fantastic. They have a very futuristic look to them with patterns never seen before, so you will certainly stand out on the terrain with them.

 

The boules in the range are named after planets in the solar system, which is a cool touch.

 

Venus = Smooth

Mercury = Big Circles

Saturn: = Double Circles

Mars: = Dots

 

The patterns add a nice subtle grip to the boule, which will work well for pointers and shooters alike.
